When your male boss questions your health because of how sick you are all the time, out of selfishness not out of concern. He makes you feel guilty for asking for a day off. So you work remote so no one in the office has to listen to your hacking cough and be afraid of germs spreading. And he is very short with you as you provide him daily updates on how you’re feeling and your status of office versus home. And you find out he’s been out sick so you ask him how he’s feeling with no response. And he cancels your 1:1 “because of my cough” to which you request a call with him to get some updates on a few key things, with no response. And then you find out from a coworker that said boss has been out all week with strep (not working remote).
