Grace. Not Just The Girl You Met In Kindergarten.

Babies blessed with the name Grace kind of have a leg up, right?

A little reminder and call to the heavens every time they say their name to give themselves grace as they navigate through the world. There are so many distractions, commitments, and energies we battle everyday that we often put unrealistic pressures on ourselves. As we manage careers, family, friends, and the weight of the world, it’s easy to put ourselves last and beat ourselves up when things don’t align as expected.

What if we decided to prioritizes ourselves and reminded ourselves to be Grace in every move we make? Not putting ourselves first as in, “I have to make this deadline at work so I can eat” but “I’m going to let them know I’m not well so I can take care of myself because I’m at my limit”. Our baby Grace grew up and knows how to firmly say No.

What if instead of being burdened by things we can’t control, we call on our girl, Grace, to take the time to navigate and understand what we’re learning through the experience.

It’s easy to ask for a little grace from the outside in, but let’s think about the universal impact of grace, if we make it a priority in our lives and share it with those around us.
