Did I Hear You Correctly?

When you apply for a job, make it through several rounds in the interview. Knock every question out of the ballpark. Hit it off with the entire staff, link in with everyone you interviewed with (by their invitation of course), hug them on the way out....and the next day they send you a bogus email saying they want someone with more leadership. Which means, what, exactly? 

K thanks. You could have just said we prefer a man for the job. I think that's what I heard.
