New Path Who Dis

When you have been putting in the effort for years to get promoted. Your supervisor consistently tells you that you are doing what you need to do and that you are on the right track. When review/promotion time rolls around you are so excited to take the next step in your career, and your supervisor let's you know that they "needed" (politics of course) to promote someone else before they could promote you.  All you can do is shake your head and clear a path for your next move, ' cause this aint it.
