Q. One piece of life advice you’d give our readers?
A. Always make time for yourself! We are in this beautiful space where self love and self care are being talked about everywhere; in your favorite magazine, IG stories of your favorite actress, and endless blog posts on the subject! That’s because it’s truly important to take time out to reset! Read a book, do a hobby you’ve always wanted, listen to your favorite record and dance around your home! Just do something that brings you joy at least once a week!
Q. One piece of career advice you’d give our readers?
A. Absolutely never say NO to an opportunity! We will say NO straight out of fear before we even try! I don’t care if you don’t think you’re ready, YOU ARE! You never know how it could change the trajectory of your life and situation! It will push you to grow...trust yourself! Remember you’ve been praying and manifesting for these opportunities to come your way, so always say YES...then put in that work and do what you have to do to be successful!!!
Q. Where do you drink your first cup of coffee?
A. I have a breakfast nook with pillows and it’s super cozy! I make my cup, light my candle, sit down and enjoy!
Q. Give us your best toast.
A. Here’s to recognizing the beauty in everything we do, living boldly and without fear, dreaming big, loving ourselves and our families, and just being fierce, dope women doing the damn thang!!! CHEERS!
